Book Consultation

Consultation Booking Guidelines

You can book a consultation by specialty or directly book from the list of doctors available on Bewell.

Choose to register or log in using
“Phone Number“ or “social media account“

On the main screen, select consultation by “specialty“ or from the “list of doctors“suggested by Bewell

Select consultation time and preferred doctor. Then press“Book Consultation“

Review the booking information. Here you can apply any discounts you have to get a reduced price. Press “Pay“ to continue

You need to transfer the required amount to complete the booking process. The consultation session will be canceled if you do not make the payment within 30 minutes.

After payment, Bewell will verify and notify you. Your appointment will be successfully booked

Appointment information will be displayed here. You can manage upcoming appointments and completed appointments.

Additional Note

Bewell will schedule the consultation based on your preferred time slot. We will suggest a suitable doctor for you within that time frame. You can change the consulting doctor based on your request.
After payment, please wait for the Customer Service department to verify, and your appointment will be confirmed within a few minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed since payment and your appointment has not been confirmed, please contact us for assistance.
Bewell does not support refunds after payment. If you want to change the consultation time, please contact Bewell's Customer Service department for the earliest support.
If you have an activated insurance package, simply use the existing insurance package for a free consultation (limited number of consultations based on the insurance package you are using).
